Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead their fast-growing Employee Benefit business in Taipei. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop sales strategies, lead a dedicated team, and drive rapid growth for new business opportunities.

What you'll do:

As the Sales Head, you will play a pivotal role within the organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to develop sales strategies that drive rapid growth for new business opportunities. You will lead the Field Sales Team, instilling a sense of urgency and accountability while fostering a high-performance culture. You will also identify untapped key target markets and collaborate with product & marketing teams to develop tailored solutions. Additionally, you will nurture existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

  • Define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Identify untapped key target markets and new segments
  • Participate in the development of long-term plans and ensure translation into annual and quarterly sales action plans
  • Recruit, onboard, grow and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective clients
  • Nurture and grow existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Sales Head position brings extensive experience in B2B sales within SaaS software or digital products. You have an outstanding track record of leading sales teams to exceed targets through the execution of effective business strategies. Your strong negotiation skills enable you to secure new opportunities in both account acquisition and management. You are experienced in using CRM tools for pipeline management and have a proven ability to coach, grow and inspire both senior and junior Sales Managers.

  • 12+ years’ experience as a Sales in B2B, SaaS software or digital products in mid to large-size clients;
    Minimal 6+ years’ as a Sales Leader
  • Outstanding sales track record and leading sales team to over-achieve sales target through end-to-end execution of business strategies
  • Strong negotiation skills to lead and coach sales team to secure new opportunities in both account acquisition and management
  • Experience in undertaking a data-driven approach to manage sales funnel and negotiate contracts with multiple stakeholders in a complex corporate structure
  • Experienced in using CRM tools (Salesforce) pipeline management to manage team performance
  • Ability to coach, grow and inspire senior and junior Sales Managers
