Sr. EC KA Manager

What you'll do:
- Develop comprehensive annual sales strategies and growth roadmaps tailored specifically for the Momo account, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Drive revenue generation, profitability improvement, and enhanced brand visibility across multiple product categories by leveraging insights from consumer trends and competitive analysis.
- Act as the primary liaison with Momo BD/MD teams, negotiating joint business plans, planning campaigns, and implementing traffic-driving initiatives to maximise commercial outcomes.
- Ensure strong brand representation through accurate pricing, SKU availability, and content excellence on momo, maintaining high standards for all product listings.
- Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations including product onboarding, pricing management, forecasting accuracy, and seamless promotion execution.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimise inventory planning and fulfilment efficiency, ensuring dependable delivery performance for customers.
- Continuously improve conversion rates by optimising content and enhancing the consumer journey throughout the purchasing process.
- Lead and coach a team supporting multi-brand operations, coordinating with marketing, digital, finance, and logistics departments to ensure aligned commercial delivery.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that is data-driven and execution-focused, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development among team members.
- Track key performance indicators such as GMV, ROI, traffic, conversion rates, and retention metrics; provide regular business reviews and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce or related fields is required for this role.
- 6–10 years of experience in e-commerce key account management with significant exposure to Momo platform preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of scaling e-commerce businesses within FMCG/beauty/retail sectors through effective commercial strategies.
- Exceptional negotiation skills combined with strategic planning capabilities that enable successful partnership building with platform stakeholders.
- Experience managing or mentoring team members within multi-brand environments is highly valued.
- Advanced data analysis skills paired with strong execution capability for driving operational excellence.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including marketing, digital commerce, finance, logistics and supply chain.
- Proficiency in conducting insights-driven analysis on competition trends and category opportunities to inform business decisions.
- Strong communication skills that facilitate clear reporting of KPIs as well as strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
