EC Manager, Retail / Cosmetic
An E-Commerce Manager opportunity with a leading brand in Taipei, responsible for driving online sales, optimising digital channels, and improving customer experience. The role works closely with cross-functional teams and offers a supportive, flexible, and growth-focused work environment.
What you'll do:
- Manage and optimise the brand’s e-commerce platforms and online storefronts by ensuring seamless user experiences and accurate product information.
- Oversee website content, navigation, and merchandising strategies to maximise conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Coordinate closely with logistics and customer service teams to guarantee smooth order fulfilment and prompt resolution of any issues.
- Own online sales targets while driving revenue growth across all digital channels through effective performance management.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and retention to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare regular performance reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations for further improvement.
- Identify new opportunities to enhance the customer journey and boost overall sales performance through innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on digital campaigns, product launches, promotions, paid media initiatives, CRM activities, and social commerce projects.
- Plan and manage seasonal campaigns, exclusive online offers, bundles, and other promotional activities tailored for digital audiences.
- Work closely with IT, design, supply chain, finance departments as well as external partners including marketplace vendors and technology providers.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce or a related discipline is required for this position.
- A minimum of three years’ experience (and up to six) in e-commerce management or digital commerce within online retail environments is essential.
- Previous exposure to retail sectors such as beauty products, cosmetics or fast-moving consumer goods would be highly advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of e-commerce platforms including their technical functionalities as well as digital marketing tools is necessary.
- Proven analytical skills combined with commercial acumen enable you to interpret data effectively for informed decision-making.
- Exceptional project management abilities paired with strong organisational skills help you deliver results efficiently within set timelines.
- Demonstrated capability in optimising online merchandising strategies while enhancing customer journeys across multiple platforms.
- Excellent communication skills facilitate productive stakeholder management both internally among teams and externally with partners or vendors.
- Ability to adapt quickly within dynamic settings ensures you remain responsive amidst changing priorities or market conditions.
- Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams fosters an inclusive approach that supports collective achievement.
