EC Key Account Manager

A leading brand is seeking an E-Commerce Key Account Manager to grow performance on major pure-player platforms in Taipei. You will manage key partnerships, plan channel activities, and execute initiatives to boost visibility, traffic, and conversion. Working with cross-functional teams, you will support smooth campaigns and use data insights to guide decisions. The organisation offers a supportive, inclusive environment with opportunities for development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full relationship management process with major pure players, building trust-based partnerships.

  • Develop annual and quarterly business plans aligned with organisational priorities and platform requirements.

  • Identify growth opportunities, propose innovative initiatives, and design assortment strategies to expand market share.

  • Monitor daily and weekly KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, pricing, and category performance.

  • Build accurate sales forecasts, plan promotions, and allocate budgets for maximum channel effectiveness.

  • Lead execution of online campaigns, platform events, and seasonal promotions by collaborating with internal teams.

  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth operations and campaign delivery.

  • Coordinate with digital marketing teams to optimise media investments, enhance onsite visibility, and refine performance marketing plans.

  • Align product launches, content updates, and inventory planning with cross-functional teams.

  • Ensure content accuracy, pricing consistency, and optimal product visibility while performing competitive analysis.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.

  • 5-8 years of experience managing key accounts or e-commerce pure players such as MOMO, Shopee, or PChome and etc.

  • Strong understanding of platform operations, including sales tracking, promotional mechanics, content management, and inventory systems.

  • Proven ability to analyse data using advanced Excel or Power BI to create meaningful insights.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building strong internal and external partnerships.

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

  • Data-driven approach with keen attention to detail and strong decision-making skills.

  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong relationship-building abilities with stakeholders at all levels.
