EC Lead, Consumer
The eBusiness Lead drives digital commerce and omni-channel growth, focusing on pure player performance, commercial execution, and seamless online–offline integration. The role manages key e-commerce customers, business performance, digital shelf excellence, and omni-channel activation. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, data-savvy, and skilled in leading cross-functional initiatives.
What you'll do:

Lead the development and execution of the company’s digital commerce and omni-channel strategy, ensuring all initiatives are insight-led and focused on measurable commercial outcomes.

Act as a key member of the country leadership team, contributing to overall business planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

Oversee the end-to-end performance of pure players and major e-commerce partners, including revenue planning, demand forecasting, commercial negotiations, and performance optimization.

Drive digital shelf excellence by ensuring best-in-class content, search performance, ratings & reviews, and platform visibility across all online channels.

Conduct detailed performance assessments using shopper insights, customer analytics, and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic and commercial decisions.

Own commercial execution across online channels, including pricing frameworks, promotional plans, onsite media investment, and joint business planning with key platforms.

Lead omni-channel activation by aligning online and offline commercial strategies, ensuring consistent assortment, pricing, and customer experience across the full shopper journey.

Manage operational performance in collaboration with supply chain teams to maintain strong availability, accurate forecasting, and high service levels for e-commerce partners.

Partner cross-functionally with marketing, commercial, finance, category, and supply teams to deliver integrated digital and omni-channel plans.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce partners, driving collaborative growth initiatives and long-term strategic alignment.

Monitor digital KPIs including conversion, share of search, profitability, media ROI, and campaign effectiveness, adjusting tactics to maximize business impact.

Support data-driven decision-making by championing analytics tools, dashboards, and business review routines.

Mentor and guide team members (where applicable), fostering a culture of agility, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What you bring:

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.

8–10+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce, digital business, commercial roles, or omni-channel environments, with at least 3+ years in a senior or lead capacity.

Demonstrated success managing pure players or major e-commerce customers, with a strong track record of delivering commercial growth and profitability.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions such as sales, supply chain, finance, marketing, and analytics within matrixed or regional/global structures.

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, capable of translating insights into actionable strategies that drive performance.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build alignment across diverse internal and external groups.

Experience working within both B2B2C and B2C digital models, enabling versatility across different commercial and channel environments.

A strong commercial acumen demonstrated by driving sustainable growth through optimized pricing, promotional planning, and customer investment strategies.

Experience managing omni-channel or multi-market go-to-market strategies, including integrated campaign execution and customer experience alignment.

Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth, or rapidly evolving environments that require agility, problem solving, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
