Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Direct-to-Consumer (DtC) Director to lead their e-commerce operations and drive growth in their online sales channels. This role offers the opportunity to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer engagement, improve conversion rates, and optimize the overall performance of their e-commerce platforms. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of digital marketing campaigns, website performance optimization, and customer experience enhancement. This position is based in Taipei.

What you'll do:

As a Direct-to-Consumer / eBusiness Director for US/EU Market, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's online presence. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive DtC strategy that aligns with business objectives while keeping abreast of market trends. Your analytical skills will be crucial in optimizing website performance through data analysis of sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends. You will also plan digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising. Your leadership skills will shine as you lead your team towards achieving departmental goals.

* Develop and execute a comprehensive DtC strategy that aligns with business objectives and market trends.
* Analyze sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends to optimize website performance, enhance user experience, and increase conversion rates.
* Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising to drive traffic and sales.
* Ensure an exceptional online shopping experience by managing website content, navigation, and design.
* Manage the e-commerce budget, including marketing spend, to maximize ROI and achieve financial targets.
* Work closely with product development, marketing, logistics, and IT teams to ensure a seamless e-commerce operation.
* Identify and implement new technologies and tools to improve site functionality, customer experience, and backend efficiency.
* Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, track KPIs, and inform strategic decisions.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the DtC team to achieve departmental goals.

What you bring:

* Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or a related field.
* Minimum of 8+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing with a proven track record of driving online sales growth.
* Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
* Proficient in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM software.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
