E-Commerce Manager, Retail

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced E-Commerce Manager to join their team in Taipei. This role is integral to the expansion of e-commerce and digital capabilities, exploring new digital channels to facilitate an exceptional online Client Service experience. The successful candidate will implement integrated digital strategies and deliver multi-dimensional company business goals.

What you'll do:

  • Manage and execute all digital partnership related activities
  • Translate business priorities into strategies that support business objectives
  • Supervise and optimise all e-commerce platforms including Brand.com Paid Media Investment
  • Develop creative briefs for all marketing initiatives ensuring they meet the marketing/business objectives
  • Coordinate with IT and Digital Operations team to deliver product assets on time
  • Identify new online marketing opportunities and develop strategies for E-Commerce optimisation
  • Monitor the business daily to ensure on-strategy, on-brand execution of all program activities
  • Lead analysis of all campaign / business metrics establishing KPI analysis and reporting processes
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and evaluate new opportunities

What you bring:

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in E-Commerce, particularly within the international brand.com commerce space in Taiwan or the GC/APAC region. You will have a strong understanding of Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics, and be fluent in Mandarin and English. Your excellent organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills will be matched by your ability to think proactively, solve problems creatively, and prioritise effectively. A self-starter, you will have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, handle multiple projects with tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, international university degree preferred
  • At least 8 years of experience in E-Commerce, at least 3 years in international brand.com commerce experience in Taiwan or GC/APAC region
  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, with strong client-service approach
  • Ability to think proactively, creatively problem solve, prioritize, and escalate issues when needed
  • Self-starter, responsible, ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multitask/handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and externally
