Our client, a leading brand in the food and beverage industry, is seeking an E-Commerce Key Account Assistant Manager to join their team in Taipei. This role offers an exciting opportunity to set and achieve ambitious growth targets for the online side of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for building Joint Business Plans, defining metrics, driving sales of specific eCommerce accounts, and establishing strong relationships with e-commerce partners.

What you'll do:

* Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with key customers to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.

* Develop account plan for setting sales target and sales expenses budget to track the progress and ensure prompt actions could be taken in time.

* Act as the main point of contact between key customer and internal teams involved with your accounts.

* Initiate and implement business strategic plans particular with E-Commerce key platforms.

* Negotiate contracts with key customer and meet established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.

* Work closely with EC team peers including Data, E-merchandising, Media.

What you bring:
The ideal E-Commerce Key Account Assistant Manager will bring around 3-5 years of sales experience in the E-Commerce sector. You will possess a Bachelor's degree or higher and demonstrate strong relationship building skills with both internal teams and customers. Your competitive nature and goal-oriented personality will be complemented by your dynamic business analytical knowledge and proficiency in Google Analytics. You will be fluent in English, results-oriented, proactive, and willing to take on hands-on tasks. Your strategic perspective will go beyond short-term gains as you constantly seek out opportunities and initiate new approaches. Your creativity in business development and fact-based selling will be key assets in this role.
