What you'll do:

As Section Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sales operations for the MENA region from your base in Taipei. Your day-to-day activities will involve developing robust business strategies tailored to diverse markets, maintaining vital distributor relationships, and proactively seeking out new avenues for growth. You will collaborate extensively with technical experts, after-service professionals, and marketing teams to ensure every customer receives outstanding service.   • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies designed to achieve assigned sales quotas across multiple product lines in the MENA region.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors by following up on contacts and overseeing project maintenance to ensure consistent performance.
  • Proactively identify and develop new channels or business opportunities in key focus countries, expanding market reach and strengthening partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with technical departments, after-service teams, and marketing colleagues to guarantee customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collect and analyse market trends as well as competitor information to inform strategic decisions and support long-term growth initiatives.
  • Demonstrate expertise in eCommerce platforms and channel marketing techniques to optimise sales processes and drive revenue.
  • Lead a team of three direct reports by providing guidance, mentorship, and support for their professional development.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align business objectives with operational capabilities for seamless execution of projects.
  • Monitor key performance indicators regularly to assess progress towards targets and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events or meetings as required, promoting its products and services effectively.

What you bring:

Your background as a Section Manager should reflect substantial experience in managing key accounts within the electronics industry—particularly those involving self-owned brands operating internationally. You will bring deep knowledge of distribution channels including system integrators (SI) as well as hands-on familiarity with eCommerce solutions. Your fluency in Mandarin and English ensures smooth communication across diverse teams; any additional language skills such as Arabic or French further enhance your ability to connect with regional partners. Having led small teams before, you understand how important it is to create an atmosphere where everyone feels supported and valued. Your analytical mindset allows you to gather market intelligence efficiently while your interpersonal skills enable harmonious collaboration across departments.   • Over eight years of proven experience managing key accounts within international electronics brands focused on self-owned products.
  • Demonstrated track record in new project initiation and business development across Southeast Asia or MENA regions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of IT/ProAV distribution channels, system integrators (SI), and eCommerce platforms relevant to electronic products.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential; proficiency in an additional language such as Arabic or French would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience leading small teams within multicultural environments, providing mentorship and fostering collaborative growth.
  • Ability to collect market data efficiently, analyse competitor activities thoughtfully, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with channel marketing approaches that drive engagement among distributors and end-users alike.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with technical departments, after-service teams, and marketing colleagues.
