Our client is a leading provider of AI-based CRM software solutions, helping businesses manage and automate sales processes, track customers, and manage tasks, contracts, and orders. They are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to join their team in Taipei.

What you'll do:

As a Channel Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and continuous growth of our client's business in Taiwan. Your excellent understanding of the core value of the company's products will enable you to design and implement professional training plans for local channel teams. Working closely with the Marketing department, you will plan and execute a series of local market cultivation activities that will shape the professional image and brand influence of our client in Taiwan. Your keen ability to capture market changes will make you an effective bridge between the company and local sales partners.

  • Analyse market dynamics, industry trends, and customer needs in Taiwan
  • Design and implement professional training plans for local channel teams
  • Work closely with the Marketing department to plan and execute a series of local market cultivation activities
  • Capture market changes efficiently and act as a bridge between the company and local sales partners
  • Optimise sales and service processes to improve market response speed and service quality

What you bring:

As an ideal candidate for the Channel Sales Manager position, you bring a wealth of experience in internet product channel management or sales. Your exceptional learning ability, communication skills, resource integration ability, coupled with your strong team spirit make you stand out. You are open to new things and challenges, adept at using various resources and tools, and have the courage to explore and implement innovative strategies. Experience with SaaS products would be an added advantage.

  • Bachelor's degree or above with over 5 years of work experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in internet product channel management or sales
  • Experience with SaaS products is preferred
  • Excellent learning ability, communication skills, resource integration ability, and team spirit
  • Openness to new things and challenges, good at using various resources and tools
  • Courage to explore and implement innovative strategies
