RETAIL SALES MANAGER Salary: Competitive and based on experience Location: Taipei Keywords: Retail, Sales, Manager, Cosmetics, Skincare Our client is seeking a dedicated and passionate Retail Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence in the Taiwan market.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to build a team of sales professionals, nurture customer relationships, and achieve ambitious revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cosmetics and skincare industry, a strong sales background, and exceptional leadership skills. What you'll do:

* Determine sales goals and budget targets
* Build customer opportunity pipeline and relationships
* Increase territory sales and customer network
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market with new and existing customers, achieving yearly sales objectives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contract manufacturers, and industry influencers to identify opportunities, understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure follow-up is done in a timely manner
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to drive performance and meet sales objectives
* Acquire expertise on our portfolio of active ingredients, functional ingredients, delivery systems, and trends/concepts to effectively promote products


What you bring:

* Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager within the cosmetics or skincare industry
* Strong understanding of sales strategies and industry trends
* Exceptional leadership skills with experience in mentoring and managing a team
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
* Experience in developing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
* Deep understanding of active ingredients, functional ingredients, delivery systems in cosmetics/skincare products
