Industry leading brand is looking for Sales & Marketing Manager based in Taiwan and reports directly to the Managing Director. This Fortune 500 company is seeking a highly motivated individual who will be responsible for assessing and managing customer relationship in various business areas. And the development and implementation of local marketing strategies which align with the directions of World Headquarters and support the growth of the long-term business
Key responsibilities
- Sett sales and marketing KPI’s to manage activity within the team and working with sales executives on approaches to building business while training the sales team on sales techniques
- Ensure the sales team update the CRM effectively with all appropriate data and performance review
- Devise and oversee local marketing strategies to facilitate the growth of our business in long run
- Conduct market analysis to facilitate the formulation of different marketing strategies to different target markets and identify market growth opportunities and develop strategic business plan
- Cohere various marketing functions in Service and NE to help branding / positioning of the company and differentiating the business with competitors
- Work with communications to develop collateral for campaign in print, electronic and web-based media
- Create and foster a culture of business practices, instils an awareness of and commitment to the Company Code of Ethics and performs responsibilities in compliance with the Code
- Liaise with other department heads so as to effectively utilise the company resources. Interact with HMT departments, Taiwan HQ function and branches or outside of the Company and the Company’s customers
Key requirements
- A Bachelor's degree with five to eight years sales & marketing experience, team leading experience is highly preferred
- Strong analytic, organisational, and creative thinking skills with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
- Fluency in spoken and written English
