- Proven track record of successful sales experience in High Tech Electronics, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Automotive or similar manufacturing-focused industries with the capability to eventually lead vertical-specific sales initiatives.
- Degree qualification preferred along with hands-on industry experience in supply chain management or related fields.
- Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas in new or emerging markets by leveraging best-in-class technologies.
- Extensive experience closing deals with new name accounts through consultative selling approaches that emphasise value creation and business case development.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders at executive level across various functions including Manufacturing Operations, Demand Management, Finance, and IT.
- Exceptional communication skills—articulate, persuasive, passionate—with the ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
- Experience working independently while proactively managing priorities; able to take initiative without constant supervision.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed for client meetings or industry engagements.
