- Take full ownership of the sales budget for Oil and Gas, Chemical, and Power segments in Taiwan, driving order intake and pipeline growth through effective strategic planning.
- Collaborate closely with solution support functions and marketing teams to develop impactful branding and positioning strategies that highlight the organisation’s capabilities as a preferred provider of cooling solutions.
- Monitor competitor activities within key accounts and ensure that robust response strategies are formulated and executed to maintain competitive advantage.
- Provide valuable input on market price developments by staying attuned to industry trends and customer needs.
- Champion the application of standardised marketing and sales processes using tools such as CRM systems and account plans to ensure consistency and efficiency across all activities.
- Uphold the company’s commitment to compliance and integrity by embedding these values into every aspect of your work.
- Develop deep understanding of customer business drivers within the Oil and Gas, Chemical, and Power industries, interpreting their impact on organisational opportunities.
- Act as the primary face to customers in field sales settings, nurturing both new business development and existing client relationships through regular site visits.
- Drive both direct and indirect channel management strategies for greenfield (new) and brownfield (existing) market opportunities.
- Contribute proactively to building up the regional sales organisation by identifying areas for improvement and proposing practical solutions.

- Minimum 10 years’ proven experience in technical sales roles within Oil and Gas, Chemical or Power markets is essential for this position.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive within a matrix organisation structure by collaborating effectively across regions and functions.
- Experience managing both direct sales channels (selling directly to end users) as well as indirect channels (through partners or distributors), covering both greenfield projects (new installations) and brownfield projects (upgrades or retrofits).
- A pioneering spirit with a track record of contributing positively to the development of sales organisations during periods of rapid growth or transformation.
- Team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills; able to identify operational improvements while also providing constructive solutions.
- Deep knowledge of Oil and Gas, Chemical or Power segments; an established network among top players in these industries would be highly advantageous.
- Key account management experience is considered a strong plus for this role.
- Familiarity with heat exchange products or related technologies is highly desirable but not mandatory; willingness to learn quickly is important.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other local languages would be beneficial for engaging regional stakeholders.
