Key responsibilities
As a Sales Representative based in Taipei, covering Southern Taiwan regions such as Chiayi and Tainan, you will play a key role in driving business growth through collaboration with regional distributors. Your responsibilities will include nurturing partnerships, negotiating marketing campaigns, and gathering customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional distributors by collaborating on sales initiatives and sharing key business updates
- Develop the on-trade channel by engaging with restaurants, hospitality venues, and food service accounts to expand market reach
- Negotiate and execute impactful marketing campaigns and promotions to achieve monthly sales targets and support market development goals
- Gather valuable market intelligence by monitoring competitor activities and collecting customer feedback for strategic planning
- Manage domestic sales operations such as quotations, order processing, and providing first-level equipment support when needed
Candidate profile
- Previous experience in FMCG or on-trade sales is highly desirable for understanding industry dynamics and customer needs
- Strong communication skills enable you to convey product information clearly while fostering trust-based relationships with stakeholders
- Proven negotiation abilities allow you to secure favourable outcomes during marketing campaigns while maintaining positive partnerships
