A leading global precision timing technology company is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team in Taoyuan. This is an exceptional opportunity for you to leverage your expertise in server, AI, and data communications markets while working with some of the most influential ODM and OEM companies in Taiwan.

What you bring:

To excel as a Sales Manager in this role, your background should include substantial experience engaging with Taiwan’s leading ODMs and OEMs—particularly those involved in server manufacturing, artificial intelligence applications, or data communications infrastructure. Your previous roles should demonstrate your ability to navigate complex organisational structures while maintaining positive relationships at every level—from hands-on design engineers through executive decision-makers. A deep familiarity with the nuances of the local value chain will allow you to anticipate client needs proactively. In addition to technical acumen related to clock components or SoCs, your interpersonal strengths—such as empathy, dependability, clear communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English—will set you apart when collaborating across cultures. Your commitment to teamwork ensures that projects move forward smoothly even when faced with challenging timelines or shifting priorities. Ultimately, your passion for supporting others’ success will help reinforce long-lasting partnerships built on trust.

  • Demonstrated experience selling clock components or system-on-chip (SoC) or other analogue components into Taiwan-based ODMs such as Foxconn, Wiwynn, Quanta, Inventec, Wistron or similar organisations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the OEM-ODM value chain specific to Taiwan’s technology manufacturing landscape.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or technical sales roles within US-based publicly listed companies or equivalent international environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills enabling you to build rapport with design engineers as well as executive-level stakeholders across diverse functions.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers from engineering through procurement teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English for effective collaboration with local clients and global colleagues alike.
  • Familiarity with AI networking infrastructure or data communications technologies is highly desirable for this position.
  • Experience preparing detailed account plans, forecasts, and reports for senior management review is essential for success in this role.
  • A collaborative approach that fosters teamwork both internally among colleagues and externally with client partners.
