What you'll do:
As a Business Development and Account Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the organisation’s growth strategy across APAC. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the APAC region by formulating go-to-market strategies and channel development plans tailored to diverse markets.
- Provide annual sales forecasts and projections based on thorough market analysis and industry trends to support strategic planning.
- Represent the company in sales discussions and negotiations with prospective clients and partners to secure new deals and strengthen existing relationships.
- Build, grow, and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, strategic partners, and regional stakeholders through consistent communication and collaborative engagement.
- Lead project execution by coordinating internal resources to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client expectations.
- Analyse industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to inform business decisions and optimise account management strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and technical support to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Support the development of channel partnerships by identifying potential collaborators and nurturing mutually beneficial alliances.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels regularly to ensure high standards of service are maintained across all accounts.
- Prepare detailed reports on business development activities for senior management review.

- Fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) at a professional level is essential for success in this international role.
- Familiarity with networking or server industry practices is highly desirable for understanding client requirements.
- Experience using various business tools relevant to sales operations; adaptability regarding specific platforms is valued.
