What will you do:

As a Sales Manager, you will play an important role in connecting customers and products, not only responsible for developing new customers and maintaining existing relationships, but also keenly grasping the pulse of the market and providing real-time feedback to the product team. In your daily work, you will use your data analysis skills to identify potential business opportunities and engage in cross-departmental collaboration to jointly drive solution optimization. In addition, you also need to continuously track the latest trends in the MarTech industry, seize every opportunity to learn and grow, and make yourself a key force in driving the digital transformation of enterprises.

  • Take the initiative to develop unfamiliar and customer development, deeply understand customer needs and effectively sell related solutions to achieve personal performance goals.
  • Actively explore potential cooperation opportunities and provide OmniSegment (CDP) product introductions and suggestions tailored to different customer needs.
  • Regularly collect and analyze customer demand feedback, participate in product team (PM) discussions, and jointly promote product function optimization and iteration.
  • Maintain good customer relationships, perform various event support and project management tasks, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously conduct market research and trend tracking, grasp the latest MarTech services and technical information, and provide strategic advice to the team.
  • Cooperate with the tasks assigned by the supervisor and flexibly adjust the work content to respond to changes in the company's strategic direction.
  • Assist the team in achieving annual sales targets and proactively share market insights and success stories to facilitate knowledge exchange.
  • Make good use of data tools and systematic methods to improve sales efficiency and strengthen business process management.
