What you'll do:

As Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving commercial success within the container refrigeration sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around executing effective sales strategies that not only grow market share but also deepen client engagement across diverse product lines including reefer equipment and telematics services. By leveraging your expertise in business development, you will identify new opportunities through targeted networking efforts and thorough market analysis. Working collaboratively with internal teams spanning logistics to engineering ensures that every customer receives dependable service tailored to their needs. Your ability to prepare insightful reports will inform strategic decisions at both local and regional levels. Success in this role hinges on your capacity to build trust with clients, negotiate favourable contracts, coordinate efficient delivery processes, and champion continuous improvement throughout the sales cycle.

  • Execute sales and pricing strategies designed to maximise market share and revenue across reefer equipment, Genset, telematics services, and related offerings.
  • Meet and exceed ambitious sales targets while managing existing customer relationships as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries.
  • Identify new clients and business opportunities through networking, market research, and proactive sales activities focused on reefer equipment and services.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer demands to drive enhancements in service offerings and product innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as logistics, operations, engineering, quality assurance, marketing, aftermarket parts and service teams to ensure seamless delivery of products.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market conditions, emerging business opportunities, and strategic recommendations for management review.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients ensuring mutually beneficial terms while maintaining high standards of service quality.
  • Develop strategic visions for reefer operations that align with organisational goals and contribute to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate local travel arrangements for customer interactions to strengthen relationships and expand business reach within Taiwan.
  • Actively participate in cross-functional meetings to share insights, foster teamwork, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for Sales Manager brings substantial experience from the reefer container or cold chain logistics sector—equipping you with valuable insights into industry best practices. Your background includes successful stints in sales or marketing roles where you have consistently identified new market opportunities through diligent research and relationship-building efforts. You possess an innate ability to negotiate contracts that satisfy both client needs and organisational goals while maintaining open channels of communication throughout each engagement. Your deep familiarity with maritime logistics enables you to anticipate challenges unique to reefer cargo operations. In addition to technical acumen gained from formal education at bachelor’s or master’s level in relevant fields, your interpersonal skills set you apart as someone who thrives in collaborative environments. You are adept at preparing detailed reports that guide strategic decision-making processes—demonstrating reliability when it comes to sharing actionable insights with senior leaders. Local travel is second nature as you value face-to-face interactions that nurture long-term partnerships.

  • Demonstrated experience in sales or marketing within the reefer container industry or related sectors such as commercial refrigeration, automotive systems or cold chain logistics.
  • Proven ability to identify market opportunities through research and networking activities that generate qualified leads for new business development.
  • Track record of negotiating contracts effectively while maintaining positive client relationships built on trust and mutual respect.
  • Deep understanding of maritime or logistics industries with particular focus on reefer cargo operations.
  • Excellent communication skills enabling you to connect with clients as well as internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities that foster collaboration within cross-functional teams dedicated to delivering superior service outcomes.
  • Capability to develop strategic visions for operational excellence aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as engineering, business administration or supply chain management.
  • Experience preparing comprehensive reports on sales performance metrics, market trends, and business opportunities for senior management review.
  • Willingness to travel locally within Taiwan for customer meetings aimed at strengthening partnerships.
