  • Forge strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and ecosystem stakeholders to accelerate the adoption of cutting-edge technologies across hyperscale datacenters.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives, procurement teams, and technical leaders to foster long-term engagement and loyalty.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams—including engineering, product management, marketing, finance, and legal—to ensure seamless collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of datacenter infrastructure to translate complex customer challenges into tailored solutions that deliver value for all parties involved.
  • Deliver actionable insights from customer feedback to internal product and business units to guide strategic direction, roadmap planning, and product definition.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives that support strategic partnerships with global ecosystem partners while maintaining a collaborative approach throughout the business development lifecycle.

  • Comprehensive understanding of datacenter infrastructure including CPU architectures, GPU acceleration platforms, networking protocols—and demonstrated technical acumen when engaging with customers.
  • Track record of developing markets by building strategic partnerships that yield sustainable business cycles while maintaining a considerate approach towards stakeholder needs.
  • Ability to conduct high-stakes meetings fluently in both English and Mandarin Chinese—facilitating inclusive communication across diverse teams.
