- Manage and expand relationships with existing customers, contractors, and applicators to drive repeat sales while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service.
- Utilise construction databases, tender portals, consultant networks, and contractor contacts to identify upcoming industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects suitable for resin flooring solutions.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project requirements in detail and provide tailored recommendations for flooring systems that meet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver engaging technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to consultants and end-users to showcase the benefits of advanced resin flooring systems.
- Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and project owners to secure product specifications by providing expert advice on system selection and application methods.
- Offer technical guidance on substrate preparation and installation techniques to ensure optimal performance of flooring systems in various environments.
- Coordinate effectively with internal technical teams and operations staff to guarantee smooth project delivery from specification through execution.
- Monitor project progress diligently to ensure timely completion of sales targets while maintaining open communication with all stakeholders involved.
- Gather comprehensive market intelligence by analysing trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback; prepare monthly sales forecasts, reports, and updates for management review.

- Experience working directly with architects, consultants, contractors or industrial clients provides a distinct advantage when managing accounts.
- Established connections with major food & beverage or semiconductor asset owners will be beneficial for expanding business reach.
- Familiarity with epoxy flooring systems as well as polyurethane or ESD technologies is considered a strong asset for this role.
- Excellent communication skills including presentation abilities are necessary for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken) enables effective interaction with international partners when required.
