- Deliver engaging customer presentations both in person and online, responding promptly to requests for information and tailoring solutions to meet individual business requirements.
- Drive leads through the sales pipeline by qualifying prospects, establishing appropriate contacts, and nurturing relationships until successful account sign-up and activation.
- Close additional product or service sales with existing clients to further develop long-term partnerships and maximise client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, call notes, scheduled meetings, contact details, and relevant information using the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
