Field Sales
Our client is a logistic leading company, seeking a Field Sales Head to join their team in Taipei City. What you'll do:
As a Field Sales Head, your primary role will be to generate new business opportunities while exceeding sales targets. You will be tasked with building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Your ability to cultivate existing customer relationships while gathering market intelligence will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will be expected to reach out to customer leads through cold calling, identify customer's buying trends, provide reports to management, expedite the resolution of customer problems, cooperate with international agents, analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports, and keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Prepare for prospect calls including company background research and other pertinent lead information
- Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Cultivate existing customer relationships while gathering market intelligence
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Cooperate and communicate with international agents
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Field Sales Head position will bring a wealth of knowledge from previous roles in Sales or Account Management within the Freight Forwarding industry. They will have excellent interpersonal skills which they can use to build strong relationships with clients. Their excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills will enable them to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. They should also be proactive, patient, self-reliant, skilled in resolving challenges, familiar with PC skills including MS Office, and have an intermediate level of English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- More than 1 year of experience in Sales or Account Management within the Freight Forwarding industry is a plus
- Intermediate level in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with PC skills, including MS Office.
- Proactive, patient, self-reliant, and skilled in resolving challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
