(Sr.) Sales and Business Development Executive

What you'll do:
As a Senior Sales and Business Development Executive, your role will be central to driving growth and expanding our client's market presence. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions. Your ability to identify upselling opportunities will contribute significantly to achieving sales targets. Additionally, you will prepare and manage quotations, negotiate contract terms, and ensure they meet both client and company expectations. Regular engagement with clients through various communication channels will be part of your daily routine. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Understand clients’ needs and provide timely solutions, coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to existing clients.
- Prepare and manage quotations, negotiate terms, and review contracts.
- Regularly engage with clients through meetings, calls, and emails.
- Handle any client issues or complaints promptly.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that client needs are met.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
