What You'll Do:

• Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top-tier candidates through headhunting and referral networks.
• Consultancy Excellence: Provide expert consultancy services, managing both client and candidate interactions independently.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Match candidates to roles, manage the interview process, negotiate salaries, and oversee candidate management.
• Achieve Goals: Meet individual and team revenue targets in a competitive environment.
• Industry Expertise: Continuously build knowledge in your designated industry and identify new business opportunities.
• Client Growth: Cultivate relationships with prospective clients and grow new business.
• Ongoing Support: Stay in touch with candidates, providing ongoing career guidance and support.

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Minimum of one year’s work experience (preferably in sales or a role where you want to transition)
• A growth mindset and resilience
• Willingness to develop negotiation skills with integrity
• Approachable, entrepreneurial, energetic, and resilient team player
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Proactive and hard-working
• Good English communication skills are a must
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills preferred
