Our client is seeking a dynamic Tele Sales Lead to join their team in Taipei. This role offers an exciting opportunity to spearhead the sales strategies for a rapidly growing SME client base.

What you'll do:

As a Tele Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role within the Sales Team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive rapid growth for new business opportunities through leads provided by Marketing. You will also work towards maximizing the full potential of the existing client portfolio on our solution platform. Your leadership skills will be crucial in planning, managing, and coordinating all team activities to meet sales objectives. Collaborating closely with Marketing, you will ensure the quality and quantity of leads are sufficient for your team. Additionally, you will oversee the smooth onboarding of clients to our digital solutions.

  • Develop sales strategies and lead the Tele-Sales Team
  • Maximize the full potential of the existing client portfolio on our solution platform
  • Retain client relationships
  • Plan, manage and coordinate all team activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to cover sales objectives
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure the quality and quantity of leads
  • Ensure smooth client-onboarding to digital solutions, including online client portal(s) and user APP

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Tele Sales Lead position brings extensive experience in tele-sales or inside-sales, with a proven track record of success. You have spent at least five years managing high-performance telesales teams and have demonstrated your ability to implement operational action plans from defined strategies. Your experience with monitoring and campaign management using tools like Salesforce sets you apart. You possess an entrepreneurial attitude that allows you to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

  • 8+ years’ experience solid experience in tele-sales/inside-sales with proven track records
  • 5+ years’ of experience as a sales manager managing a high-performance telesales team
  • Experience in implementing operational action plans from defined strategy
  • Experience in monitoring and in campaign management with dashboards and tools such as Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of call center/Telesales management tools
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
