Our client is a leading company in the digital platform, now is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead their division in Taiwan. This role provides an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth, develop new business, and manage existing accounts.

What you'll do:

  • Lead Sales Growth: Drive business growth by implementing sales strategies for Edenred’s product portfolio, focusing on acquiring new B2B customers in the employee benefit market.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a sales team of 5 members, setting sales targets, reviewing performance, and fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Strategic Execution: Develop comprehensive sales strategies to ensure quick prospect engagement, rapid deal closures, and successful market penetration, while staying agile to market changes.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align sales and marketing strategies, support lead generation, and provide market insights for product development.

What you bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS software, or digital products, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.
  • Strong negotiation skills for securing new business and managing accounts, including pricing and contracts.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled in using data-driven approaches for account development.
  • Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
