A dynamic company in the industrial sector is seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and expand key customer relationships, drive sales growth, and provide technical support.

What you'll do:

  1. Managing 1-10 established customer relationships.
  2. Maintaining and growing business with assigned customer accounts within the designated geography.
  3. Taking over accounts from Sales Engineers once they reach a certain level of sales volume.
  4. Leveraging CRM to track activities and ensure effective management of accounts.
  5. Determining key objectives and resource requirements to win and address potential risks.
  6. Driving E-Commerce applications and initiatives.
  7. Developing and maintaining deep technical knowledge of a specific end-market and staying updated on industry trends.
  8. Providing technical expertise on products and customer programs, including cost savings initiatives.
  9. Monitoring competitors and market gaps to ensure a competitive edge.
  10. Supporting Sales Engineers by providing technical expertise when closing new customers.
  11. Coordinating with Inside Sales representatives and Sales Support to grow sales within assigned accounts and troubleshoot customer issues.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Business, Manufacturing, or Engineering is preferred.
  • 5-10 years of related experience, with a preference for those holding a CMP Program certificate (Certified Metal Cutting Professional).
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, analytical skills, assertiveness, and competitiveness.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Strong command of English, including reading and writing skills.
