What you'll do:

* Source top-tier candidates through headhunting and referral networks
* Provide professional consultancy services to clients, independently managing client and candidate interactions
* Match candidates to assignments, manage the interview process, negotiate salaries, and oversee candidate management
* Achieve individual and team revenue targets in a competitive environment
* Expand your knowledge in designated industry and identify new business opportunities
* Uphold corporate values and internal policies
* Develop new business with prospective clients, cultivating positive, enduring relationships
* Maintain regular contact with candidates, providing ongoing support

What you bring:

* Bachelor's degree or higher
