A leading mobile payment company is currently seeking a Channel Sales Manager!

[Responsibilities]

Customer Expansion and Performance Goals
  • Identify and target potential customers to meet monthly performance targets.
  • Actively develop specific sectors or store types, including government departments, business districts, night markets, traditional markets, and small chain stores.
Team Collaboration and Communication
  • Lead a small team to promote mobile payment services.
  • Plan and execute various startup projects.
  • Assist merchants with the backend system, providing simple tutorials.
  • Coordinate merchant visits and manage customer information.

Market Information Feedback and Marketing Suggestions

  • Gather market information and propose marketing campaign ideas.
  • Develop creative concepts and participate in effective marketing activities.

Store Issue Resolution and Customer Relationship Maintenance

  • Oversee resolution of store-related issues.
  • Manage daily system settings, data filing, contract organization, and other requirements.
  • Negotiate cooperation details and handle contract signing independently.

Regular Reporting and Feedback

  • Draft requirement documents and flowcharts for planned solutions, communicate these with the development team, and coordinate development resources with other product managers.

[Qualifications]

  • Over 3 years of business experience, with at least 1 year in mobile payment promotion preferred.

  • Proficient in new business development with a collaborative team spirit.

  • Experience managing small business teams is advantageous.

  • Possess a valid driver's license for both cars and motorcycles.
