Job Description

This job will be individual sales contributor and responsible for CAD/PLM/ALM/IoT/AR solutions direct selling in key accounts.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Value Selling to key customers
  • Manage a forecast to achieve assigned quota within the territory
  • Account Planning and sales execution in assigned territory
  • Accountability to conduct field visits, pipeline development, and direct engagement
  • The attributes we look for is a target oriented, motivated, intelligent, and hardworking individual. The ability to communicate effectively is essential along with a good working attitude and high ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Strong resiliency with self-motivation and hunter spirit
  • Proven track records of building strong relationships with CxO level customers
  • Enterprise software/system (such as ERP/PLM/ALM) solution selling experience is preferred
  • Good verbal and written English communications skills
  • High degree of self-motivation, strong commitment and winning attitude
