As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the sales, marketing, strategy and operations of your program across the Taiwanese market. As a leader of the sales team, your top priority will be to drive sales and grow market share through telemarketing and personal consultations. In addition, you will lead the recruiting, coaching and training of your team.
-Drive sales of our education programs through telesales and face-to-face interactions with potential customers.
-Sales management including target (kpi) setting, daily pipeline follow up and support closing sales.
-Recruitment, training, sales, coaching, performance management, sales processes
-Develop, execute and achieve long-term and short-term goals.
-Execution of online and offline campaigns and events such as student fairs and competitions.
-Participate in offsite sales events and presentations.
-Analyse sales situation, the current market and our competitors
-Develop, execute and evaluate sales and marketing strategies
-Contribute to development of the dedicated product
-Exploration partnership options and cooperation with other companies and education institutions
-Drive customer relationship management and retention program, responsible for building up new and maintain existing customer relationships and ensuring the provision of excellent customer service.
-Control and monitor budget and ensure effective expense planning.
-Crisis management and cooperate with global production unit
-Minimum of 7 years working experience in sales or business development
-An undergraduate degree preferably in marketing or business
-Fluency in English and Chinese, spoken and written
-Experience in education or boarding school programs is a plus
