Responsibilities * Provide administrative support to ensure full compliance in financial process (incl. PO/ FO management, MIGO/ Accrual application, invoice collection/ processing/ tracking). * Support KAM in business engagement with identified counterparts. Build own influential network. * Responsible to handle business administration and internal process application for trade related events/ activities organized in responsible accounts. * Budget monitoring and reporting for responsible accounts. * Prepare/ analyse shopper/ sales data to support KAM in business planning process. Contribute to Channel KA ASP process.
- Education: University degree or above.
- Work Experience: 3 years experience in sales or trade marketing. Proven record of solid planning and analytical skills. Good communication skills and ability to actively participate in- and drive discussions towards alignment/ consensus. Good understanding of Key Account Management, selling and negotiation. Previous experience in account management is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
