What you'll do:
* Develop and manage the end-to-end creative process for both digital assets and printed marketing materials tailored for various sales channels, markets, and go-to-market initiatives.
* Ensure all marketing content delivers consistent, compelling messaging that aligns with the organisation’s brand identity across every touchpoint.
* Oversee the company’s digital presence by managing websites and social media platforms, keeping stakeholders informed about the latest company news, market trends, and solutions.
* Take full responsibility for planning and executing events, including budget oversight, creative direction, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with brand standards.
* Collaborate closely with Human Resources to design and implement internal communication strategies that foster employee engagement and build a strong organisational culture.
* Measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data-driven insights to refine strategies for maximum impact.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail to ensure quality execution across all initiatives.
* Utilise digital tools and platforms for content management and analytics to optimise campaign performance.
* Work cross-functionally with sales teams to enable effective go-to-market activities that drive customer engagement.
* Stay abreast of industry trends in logistics or aviation (if applicable) to inform marketing strategies.


What you bring:
* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related discipline is required as foundational knowledge for this role.
* At least 10 years of proven experience in marketing, corporate communications or public relations—either in-house or agency—with demonstrated project management expertise.
* Exceptional written and spoken English as well as Mandarin skills are essential for effective storytelling across diverse audiences.
* Extensive hands-on experience managing large-scale events and comprehensive marketing campaigns including budget oversight, creative process management, and ensuring brand compliance.
* Demonstrated ability to measure campaign success using data analytics tools; experience refining strategies based on insights is highly valued.
* Meticulous attention to detail is crucial when juggling multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality execution at every stage.
* Familiarity with digital content management systems and analytics platforms is important for optimising campaign performance.
* Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams such as sales or HR enhances your ability to deliver integrated solutions.
* A background in logistics or aviation industries would be advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn about these sectors is appreciated.
