What you'll do:


As a Digital Strategy Analyst (Japanese Market), you will play a pivotal role in helping clients unlock the full potential of their marketing data and digital tools. Your day-to-day activities will involve analysing complex datasets to generate meaningful business insights, collaborating with colleagues to craft compelling presentations for key stakeholders, and providing expert guidance on the implementation of SaaS products. You will be instrumental in supporting clients throughout their journey—from onboarding through ongoing optimisation—by addressing their questions, understanding their unique challenges, and integrating their feedback into future product enhancements. Your meticulous approach to meeting management and documentation will ensure seamless communication between teams while your willingness to contribute across various projects will help foster a culture of shared success. * Support the organisation and analysis of client marketing and membership data to uncover actionable business insights and provide well-founded recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
* Collaborate closely with digital strategy managers to prepare monthly presentations and project reports that strengthen strategic communication with stakeholders.
* Guide Japanese clients through the configuration and practical use of OmniSegment SaaS systems, ensuring they achieve optimal results from their technology investments.
* Respond promptly to user inquiries by providing hands-on assistance with system operations and scenario-based guidance to maximise product value in real-world applications.
* Engage regularly with Japanese clients to understand their usage patterns, gather feedback on evolving requirements, and identify opportunities for further enhancement.
* Consolidate client feedback into clear summaries that inform product development teams about potential improvements or new features.
* Arrange and document client meetings meticulously, following up on action items to ensure all deliverables remain on track and expectations are consistently met.
* Assist in managing client service documentation by preparing reports and maintaining knowledge files that support ongoing service excellence.
* Contribute to departmental initiatives by executing tasks assigned by supervisors in response to operational needs or company-wide projects.
* Participate actively in process optimisation efforts, internal event support, or cross-team collaborative assignments that drive organisational improvement.


What you bring:


To excel as a Digital Strategy Analyst (Japanese Market), you will bring proven experience in interpreting complex data sets within marketing or membership contexts. Your background may include hands-on work with analytics platforms or exposure to digital marketing technologies. Strong presentation skills will enable you to distil technical findings into accessible recommendations for both internal teams and external clients. Your fluency in business Japanese ensures smooth collaboration with stakeholders from Japan while your proactive attitude supports continuous learning amid evolving industry trends. Experience gained through internships or roles supporting Japanese enterprises—especially within e-commerce or branding—will be highly regarded. Above all, your commitment to teamwork, empathy towards client needs, and dedication to delivering reliable results will set you apart.


* Demonstrated ability to analyse data sets using logical reasoning skills to identify key issues and performance highlights from reports.
* Proficiency in creating clear presentations that summarise analytical findings and support strategic recommendations for diverse audiences.
* Eagerness to learn proactively combined with effective problem-solving abilities that allow you to adapt flexibly in rapidly changing environments.
* Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 or equivalent), enabling you to communicate professionally with Japanese clients through conversations and presentations.
* At least one year of relevant experience—including internships—in data analysis, marketing technology, membership management or related fields.
* Experience working with Japanese companies or within e-commerce retail or brand environments; backgrounds in customer support, project management or marketing assistance are especially valued.
