Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager/Director to lead their marketing team. This role involves developing and driving marketing strategies, creating operation plans, and managing project plans for the global market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective business strategies that align with the company's overall objectives, meeting market demand, and reaching target market share/sales revenue.

What you'll do:

As a Marketing Manager/Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's global presence. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the marketing team in achieving its goals. You will develop comprehensive strategies for various products using diverse channels such as social media, influencer marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising. Additionally, you will leverage your digital marketing expertise to optimize our website based on internal research, market research, competitor analysis. Your role also includes evaluating new technologies for improving customer experience or increasing sales.

  • Develop and drive marketing strategy, operation plan and project plans for global market.
  • Develop and implement effective business strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives, and meet market demand and reach target market share/sales revenue.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for products, including but not limited to social media, influencer marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Create and implement strategy of website optimization, based on internal research, market research, competitor analysis and your own digital marketing expertise.
  • Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan.
  • Evaluate new technologies to determine how they can be used to improve customer experience or increase sales.
  • Create a strategy to attract new customers by identifying potential markets and developing plans to reach them.
  • Develop integrated co-marketing campaigns, product partnerships and corporate promotions to increase customer acquisition and market exposure.
  • Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications.
  • Responsible for the recruitment, training, performance evaluation and motivation of departmental positions to ensure the operation of high-performance teams.
