- Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research or customer data.
- Monthly collect competitors’ information to find possible chances to improve local performance
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
- Product Management
- Basing on sales target, sales data and marketing plan to proposed accurate product forecast on regular, new and limited items and place monthly order.
- Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
- Facilitates inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules.
- Develop Local Marketing Plan and deliver perfect execution result
- Develop and execute the integrated marketing plan, and co-work with sales, training, and visual merchandiser to deliver perfect execution.
- Basing on regional marketing book to adapt it into local marketing launch plan
- Basing on marketing budget to deliver efficient launch execution plan
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
- Drive product launches including 360⁰ marketing strategy into best execution include ATL/BTL marketing tools.
- University graduate or above, with degree in Marketing or Business Management related.
- With work experience in multinational customer goods company or fashion/cosmetics industry is preferred.
- Organised and problem solving ability.
- Good at computer analysis and logic skill
