A world leading beverage company is looking for a Brand Manager to drive thier new imported brands' brand awarness and and equity.
Key responsibilities include:
-responsible for the delivery of world class marketing plans and contribute to innovation initiatives in order to deliver on annual brand targets.
-lead the delivery of selected projects, aligning the various stakeholders and completing full evaluations of projects post-delivery to identify key learnings.
-You’ll have a natural curiosity to understand our consumers and will utilise key insights to lead the development of selective brand activities.
-demonstrate the desire to get under the skin of consumers to drive brand performance to deliver exceptional results, along the way providing business analysis to understand ongoing performance.
-Develop marketing strategies, brand innovation, and communications
-Global product sourcing, market assessment and consumer research, brand P&L management, marketing strategy, and manage distribution and channel strategy
-Lead local implementation and adaptation of global campaigns to drive brand awareness and equity
-Manage agency, media agency, digital agency and PR partner to deliver set campaign objectives and company targets
-Develop innovation brand annual brand plan and channel activation plan with focus on brand advertising, and volume-generation oriented activities (on/off-trade)
-Implement according to plan (budget, timeline) and evaluate the results against set objectives
Other key requirements include:
-University graduate, MBA in marketing as a plus
-4 years of experience in FMCG brand marketing
-Familiar with CVS, hyper, super channels (mass market)
-Fluent in English speaking and writing
-Problem solving and decision making
-Brand and advertising management skills
-Team player with people management
-creative, outgoing and with high energy level
