A world leading luxury Wine & Spirit company is looking for Senior Brand Manager to develop the new businss opportunities to drive brand growth and coach and develop a professional brand team.
Key responsibilities include:
-Assist Marketing Director to prepare annual brand plan, business reviews, A&P control and phasing reports in line with company’s business strategies and corporate brand guidelines.
-Identify and communicate to a core group of recruitment target consumers, building up interest, awareness, affinity and ultimately loyalty towards the brand. Means can encompass advertising, PR, consumer infiltration programs, tasting activities etc.
-Ensure effectiveness, boost creativity and quality of all marketing programs – especially focus on building good quality visual merchandising, branded GWP’s, image POP’s, themed promotions with strong brand linkage.
-Achieve commercial objectives including volume, ASP, A&P, stock and POSM management in coordination with sales and finance teams.
-Lead the brand team to closely work with sales team to ensure BTL activities including trade promotions and consumer promotions are effective and on-strategy.
-Responsible for coaching and developing the staffs to build up a professional, creative and motivated brand team.
-Maintain close touch and update understanding of the market, through sales team, market intelligence and market visits.
Other key requirements include:
-8-10 years experience in marketing with 3 year management experience at multi-national companies. Experience in luxury / FMCG industries is a plus.
-Solid marketing / brand management experience including ATL, BTL, PR and new product launch
-Good commercial sense with good knowledge of brand management
-Strong management skills: planning, organizing, direction and decision
-Strong creative and strategic thinking
-Good leadership skills and able to motivate / influence others
-Good communication and presentation skills
-Able to work in a changing environment
-Has an appreciation for quality, luxury and brands
