Digital Marketing Manager, Financial Services

A financial services is finding a Digital Marketing Manager to lead their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the General Manager and mentoring a small online marketing team globally
• Digital Marketing Manager will manage the overall digital budget and develop the strategy to optimise performance of each online channel
• Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns across SEM, Display, Affiliates, Mobile, Social, Content, CRM
• Manage the CRM platform and segment the database to develop acquisition and retention strategies through triggered email campaigns
• Ensuring campaigns are set-up correctly to maximise results and report on campaign performance to drive ROI using Google Analytics
• Encouraging and motivating the team to meet their targets and KPI's

Key Requirements:

• Speaking/Writing fluent Mandarin. Second language is a bonus
• Strong sense of business acumen and commercial awareness
• Demonstrated 3+ years’ experience across all digital marketing channels: SEO/SEM, CRM, Mobile, Display, Social Media, Affiliates, Content Strategy
• Strong hands on knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Baidu, Sougou, 360, WeChat
• Experience working in Greater China marketing industry is an advantage
• Experience in financial trading sector is preferred
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
