Key responsibilities:
As Media Assistant Manager, you will develop and execute omni-channel media strategies that enhance brand awareness and e-commerce sales.
- Develop annual and quarterly omni-channel media plans aligned with brand and e-commerce sales goals
- Define media channels, KPIs, and budget allocation across video, social, display, influencer, and search
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve ROI and media efficiency
- Partner with agencies and regional teams to enhance emerging channels, including influencer, social, and digital innovations
- Lead agency management and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring quality delivery, strong timelines, and actionable media recommendations
Candidate profile:
To excel in this role, you should have extensive experience in both traditional media planning and modern performance marketing techniques.
- 5+ years of experience in media, digital, and performance marketing
- Strong background in e-commerce and fast-paced digital environments
- Proven ability to stay resilient, adaptable, and composed under pressure
- Demonstrated flexibility to pivot quickly based on market and business needs
- Proactive self-starter with experience identifying workflow gaps and improving SOPs for better efficiency
