What you'll do:
* Support the organisation and analysis of client marketing and membership data to uncover actionable business insights and provide well-founded recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
* Collaborate closely with digital strategy managers to prepare monthly presentations and project reports that strengthen strategic communication with stakeholders.
* Guide Japanese clients through the configuration and practical use of OmniSegment SaaS systems, ensuring they achieve optimal results from their technology investments.
* Respond promptly to user inquiries by providing hands-on assistance with system operations and scenario-based guidance to maximise product value in real-world applications.
* Engage regularly with Japanese clients to understand their usage patterns, gather feedback on evolving requirements, and identify opportunities for further enhancement.
* Consolidate client feedback into clear summaries that inform product development teams about potential improvements or new features.
* Arrange and document client meetings meticulously, following up on action items to ensure all deliverables remain on track and expectations are consistently met.
* Assist in managing client service documentation by preparing reports and maintaining knowledge files that support ongoing service excellence.
* Contribute to departmental initiatives by executing tasks assigned by supervisors in response to operational needs or company-wide projects.
* Participate actively in process optimisation efforts, internal event support, or cross-team collaborative assignments that drive organisational improvement.
What you bring:
* Demonstrated ability to analyse data sets using logical reasoning skills to identify key issues and performance highlights from reports.
* Proficiency in creating clear presentations that summarise analytical findings and support strategic recommendations for diverse audiences.
* Eagerness to learn proactively combined with effective problem-solving abilities that allow you to adapt flexibly in rapidly changing environments.
* Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 or equivalent), enabling you to communicate professionally with Japanese clients through conversations and presentations.
* At least one year of relevant experience—including internships—in data analysis, marketing technology, membership management or related fields.
* Experience working with Japanese companies or within e-commerce retail or brand environments; backgrounds in customer support, project management or marketing assistance are especially valued.
