* Take full responsibility for the company's website, driving performance improvements, usability enhancements, SEO optimisation, and lead generation initiatives that directly support business objectives. * Collaborate closely with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints while supporting paid media campaigns and conversion optimisation efforts.
What you'll do:
* Manage the company website using CMS tool to ensure optimal performance, user experience, search engine visibility, and effective lead generation.
* Design and optimise landing pages tailored to specific campaigns and product launches, focusing on increasing engagement and conversions.
* Set up and maintain robust tracking systems such as Google Tag Manager and pixels to guarantee accurate data collection and seamless integration with CRM.
* Analyse website performance metrics and user behaviour patterns to identify actionable insights that inform ongoing improvements.
* Contribute actively to the digital funnel strategy by aligning paid advertising, email marketing, and social media initiatives with the overall website experience.
* Support the execution of digital campaigns including Google Ads and Meta Ads to attract qualified traffic and maximise conversion rates.
* Assist with retargeting strategies, A/B testing experiments, and conversion rate optimisation projects aimed at improving return on investment.
* Ensure consistent brand messaging throughout the entire digital customer journey by collaborating with internal stakeholders across departments.
* Work closely with creative, content, and sales teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences that reflect organisational values.
* Monitor industry trends in digital marketing technology and best practices to recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
What you bring:
* Demonstrated hands-on experience managing websites using CMS platforms with a focus on usability and performance.
* Comprehensive understanding of website tracking tools including Google Tag Manager and proficiency in setting up analytics for conversion tracking.
* Proven ability to design compelling landing pages optimised for lead generation within integrated marketing campaigns.
* Experience ensuring seamless integration between websites and CRM systems for accurate data flow.
* Solid grasp of SEO principles combined with expertise in website performance optimisation techniques.
* Exceptional analytical skills enabling you to interpret complex data sets into actionable recommendations for improvement.
