We are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-commerce Manager to lead and optimize our online brand operations. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and leadership skills to manage a team of five and drive brand performance and marketing excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Website Operations:

    • Oversee the daily operations of the official brand website, ensuring a seamless user experience and smooth transaction flow.
    • Collaborate with design, content, and IT teams to optimize the website layout, content, and functionality.
    • Manage inventory, product launches, and promotional campaigns on the website.
  2. Media Planning and Execution:

    • Develop and execute media buying strategies across digital platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to achieve marketing objectives.
    • Allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs such as traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition costs.
    • Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
  3. Data Analytics and Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance using tools like Google Analytics and other data platforms.
    • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement through data-driven insights.
    • Prepare regular reports to communicate performance metrics and recommendations to stakeholders.
  4. Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor a team of five professionals across operations, marketing, and analytics.
    • Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative team environment.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and support career development for team members.
  5. Brand Performance and Marketing:

    • Drive overall brand performance by aligning e-commerce strategies with business goals.
    • Plan and execute marketing initiatives, including seasonal promotions, partnerships, and loyalty programs.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling e-commerce operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and BI platforms.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
