Performance Media Supervisor

Our client is seeking a Performance Media Supervisor to join their dynamic E-Business team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive effective traffic to E-commerce platforms, targeting online users, existing customers, and loyalty customers. You will work closely with various teams to drive E-com sales and build awareness. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in SEM/SEO and performance media planning, execution, and optimization.

What you'll do:

* Build the strategy of acquisition with the Data Manager and experts to attract and convert new customers
* Participate on the build and the deployment of the strategy regarding loyalty and repeat purchase with CRM and Media
* Work closely with Media, CRM, PR, Marketing teams to build awareness, optimize consideration and engagement phases to improve conversion online
* Define the acquisition budget with the headquarter, regional team and monitor it with the help of experts in the team
* Planning and implement SEM/SEO
* Test and learn to continuously optimize the performance media investments on your performance campaigns with the help of the Data Manager

What you bring:

* Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills in both English and local language
* GA4 certification is a must. Meta Blueprint certification is a plus
* Self-motivated, detail oriented and customer oriented
* Business driven and result oriented
* Strong business acumen and exhibits strong balance of creativity and analytical skills
* Solid understanding of the consumer behavior and digital landscape
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields
