Responsible & devise strategy & tactical plan for the Taiwan eCommerce business
Plan all aspects of eCommerce business, including 4P (product portfolio, place pricing and promotions)
Ensure User Experience of the website including Design & Aesthetics, Content, and Navigation, Branding / Marketing
Become a focal of Taiwan eCommerce and make a collaboration with local team, which includes Ops, Finance, Product Marketing, Service and Logistics team and etc.
Conduct in-depth review & analysis of Marketing campaign results and online sales, co-relating activities with portfolio performance and optimising performance marketing accordingly
Stay up to date with market, consumers & competitors
Manage Competitive, market and best practices intelligence
Establish & manage partnerships with eCommerce business partners & distributors & liaising with them
Drive Growth, Develop and implement creative solutions to drive and convert more visitors
10+ years of experience within eCommerce management & execution
Demonstrated experience in retail eCommerce, and business-to-consumer (B2C) eCommerce
A strong understanding of eCommerce operations, sales planning & business development
Ability to drive strategy and change while implementing, analyzing and reporting on numerous concurrent eCommerce projects
Knowledge of the latest trends, technologies and platforms for eCommerce
Demonstrated strong business judgement and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritise, and articulate highest impact initiatives
Superior analytical skills and experience in applying data & insights to make decisions
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
