An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Relationship Management Manager to join a leading retail organisation in Taipei. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on transforming data into meaningful customer experiences and enjoys orchestrating seamless system integrations across multiple touchpoints.

What you'll do:

  • Maintain an overarching view of the entire CRM ecosystem, ensuring that all systems and data flows are seamlessly integrated across various customer touchpoints.
  • Transform complex raw data into actionable insights that directly improve customer retention rates, increase customer lifetime value, and maximise return on investment.
  • Oversee rigorous data governance protocols to ensure accuracy, consistency, and hygiene across all marketing platforms and channels.
  • Lead the localisation and implementation of new global headquarters systems into the local market, acting as the primary liaison between global and local teams.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for technical troubleshooting, system enhancements, and MarTech evolution to ensure that local business needs are met during global rollouts.
  • Strategise and execute all aspects of membership programme management, including tier structuring, benefit design, and exclusive loyalty activities tailored to diverse customer segments.
  • Guide and mentor team members in inventory forecasting, stock management, and accurate distribution of member-exclusive gifts or products to retail counters.
  • Develop comprehensive brand-to-member communication strategies across SMS, LINE, and other digital channels to ensure consistent messaging throughout the consumer journey.
  • Utilise advanced consumer journey mapping techniques to deliver highly personalised messages at optimal times for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that CRM initiatives align with broader business objectives and support overall brand growth.

What you bring:

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in customer relationship management or database marketing within a retail or related industry is essential for success in this position.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a holistic perspective on interconnected business units and data points through strong system thinking skills.
  • Expert knowledge of consumer journey mapping techniques combined with hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional mathematical acumen paired with fluency in interpreting complex data flows; familiarity with backend logic is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using business intelligence tools such as Tableau or PowerBI would be advantageous for analysing trends and reporting outcomes.
  • Proven track record in project management involving large-scale system migrations or software implementations within fast-evolving environments.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to mentoring team members and fostering knowledge sharing across departments.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through thoughtful personalisation strategies across multiple digital channels.
