A prestigious luxury brand is seeking a Customer Relationship Management Manager to join their Taipei team. What you'll do:

  • Plan and execute comprehensive CRM and private client programmes by interpreting central and regional guidelines while tailoring them to meet local market demands.
  • Establish effective local strategies and action plans for client marketing with a focus on recruiting new customers, reactivating lapsed clients, and retaining loyal clientele.
  • Manage product launch client activation by analysing customer data, identifying strengths and weaknesses from insights, and developing actionable plans for client development.
  • Design and oversee the entire client communication cycle using central solutions such as Adobe and GCP, including SMS/LINE campaigns, email communications, BC clienteling initiatives, and exploring new digital media channels.
  • Lead the customer service team with empathy, ensuring high standards of support while fostering a nurturing environment for both clients and staff.
  • Regularly review CRM use case performance, proactively proposing optimisation plans based on data analysis to enhance effectiveness.
  • Conduct annual effectiveness analyses of automated CRM cycles to prioritise communication levels and reduce unnecessary commercial pressure on clients.
  • Plan, monitor, and control the CRM budget efficiently within allocated resources to maximise programme impact.
  • Test, integrate, and leverage advanced tools such as Client Data Platform, SFSC, and LINE official account personalised functions to improve client engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the client event team, product marketing team, and retail team to ensure seamless integration of communication strategies into every product launch.

What you bring:

  • Over seven years of proven experience in customer relationship management or related fields within luxury retail or client marketing solution agencies.
  • Fluency in English is essential for effective cross-team communication in an international environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or Data Science is highly desirable for this position.
  • Exceptional analytical skills enabling you to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes.
  • Outstanding presentation abilities allowing you to communicate insights clearly across diverse audiences.
  • A test-and-learn mindset characterised by curiosity about data insights coupled with a willingness to adapt quickly based on results.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complexity with sensitivity while maintaining focus on shared goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to collaborate effectively across departments as a dependable team player.
