Private Client Assistant Manager, Luxury

We are assisting a leading international luxury hospitality group in recruiting an Assistant Manager. This role goes beyond general store management and focuses on high-end client engagement, VIP recruitment, event planning, CRM-driven initiatives, and membership management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive membership growth through sales, events, and VIP recruitment programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients to ensure loyalty and repeat visits.
  • Oversee store operations, including sales, inventory, and workflow optimization to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage A&P budget and improve marketing resource utilization.
  • Build and maintain an HNW client database (including in-store and external relationship development).
  • Plan and execute local events and campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Leverage CRM data (feedback, conversion rates, performance metrics) to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Marketing and Brand Teams to integrate marketing resources and drive synergy.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to expand recruitment channels and support store-level initiatives.
  • Lead digital engagement programs (social media, CRM campaigns, membership activities, VIP recruitment).

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail, clienteling, or membership management.
  • Strong ability to analyze KPIs, drive sales performance, and implement effective strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is a plus.
