A prestigious global luxury group is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their high-end marketing team in Taipei. This role offers you the opportunity to cultivate and nurture relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, delivering exceptional brand experiences through exclusive events and tailored communications.

What you'll do:

  • Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals by proactively engaging potential clients through networking and targeted acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing leaders, brand managers, and ambassadors to design, plan, and deliver premium client-facing experiences such as private events, exclusive gatherings, and bespoke activations that reflect brand values.
  • Maintain consistent, multi-channel communication with clients via Messenger, LINE, SMS, and email; respond promptly to inquiries while ensuring accurate information and exceptional service standards.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by hosting private sessions and educational experiences that deepen client understanding and appreciation of the brand’s heritage and offerings.
  • Oversee direct-to-consumer engagement initiatives, aligning pricing and positioning strategies with regional directives; take ownership of achieving defined targets within premium product channels.
  • Monitor performance metrics regularly, identify growth opportunities within the market, and implement initiatives to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Leverage CRM platforms to manage client profiles effectively; segment audiences for personalised communications while ensuring accurate data capture in compliance with global and local data protection standards.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and ad hoc analyses based on KPIs; deliver actionable insights on client behaviour, engagement trends, and campaign effectiveness to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining the integrity and security of client data through timely updates and system uploads.

What you bring:

  • At least six years’ experience in hospitality, luxury marketing, or retail environments where you have demonstrated your ability to build lasting relationships with discerning clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with strong written and verbal communication abilities that enable you to connect meaningfully across cultures.
  • Proven presentation skills allowing you to deliver compelling educational sessions in both formal settings and intimate gatherings.
  • Negotiation expertise developed through previous roles involving direct client interaction or sales operations within luxury sectors.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining composure during high-profile events or challenging situations requiring prompt resolution.
  • Motivation to pursue continuous improvement coupled with a proactive approach towards identifying new business opportunities within the market segment.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English enabling effective communication with international stakeholders as well as local clientele.
  • Demonstrated commitment to collaborative teamwork—sharing information openly while encouraging others’ contributions regardless of hierarchy or background.
  • Experience using CRM platforms for audience segmentation; familiarity with data privacy regulations governing secure handling of sensitive information is highly desirable.
